These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Spark Plug LLC ("Spark Plug," "we," "our," or "us") and any content, features, services, or tools offered via the site (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use this Site for informational purposes and to engage with Spark Plug services such as pilot opportunities, demos, or downloadable content. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the Site or use it for unlawful purposes.

All content on this Site—including text, visuals, logos, downloads, templates, and system designs—is the property of Spark Plug LLC or its content providers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. User Data and Submissions

If you upload data (e.g., alumni CSV files), you confirm you have the right to do so and that the data is provided for the limited purpose of a demo, pilot, or consulting engagement. You remain the data controller. Spark Plug will handle all user-submitted data according to our Privacy Policy and Pilot Data Use Policy.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

We aim to provide valuable tools and insights, but we make no guarantees about the results or outcomes of using our Site or services unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or pilot guarantee. All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spark Plug LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
